The most precious asset is not your house, it is not your business, it is not your investment and it is not all the things you have bought or want to buy. The most precious asset is Time.

Yes, time is the most important thing. We all waste our time in one way or another. But remember it is your most important investment. If you invest it wrong you will be destroyed or will just remain normal.

But if you invested time right and at the right time you will surely get whatever you want. You can even become the richest man, the most intelligent man, the fittest man. You can even become the king of the world.

But remember, time waits for no one. It just doesn't wait. So, whatever you want to do you have to do it right now or the time will run out. You don't have enough time to waste.

If you want to be a footballer, start playing football. If you want perfect body. hit the gym now. If you want to be investor, start learning about investment and start investing. If you want to be an scientist, start reading books and performing. If you want to be a writer, start a blog and start writing.
